「The arrival time of my flight was almost midnight but they offered airport shuttle service, which was very helpful. The air conditioner in the room was already turned on before my arrival, so I could relax as soon as I entered the room and have a good rest after the long flight.」

If I ordered a 2nd item I was told I need to pay for it. If I ordered a hot chocolate at breakfast I was told I need to pay for it. Never heard of such a thing at breakfast time anywhere else. 「A very good experience overall. However staff need to be more cognizant when divulging information of persons lodged in the hotel without permission or proper identification. Other than this, I would say it was a good stay.」
