He went over and beyond making us feel comfortable and happy during our stay and gave us recommendations of events happening in the area which we were very greatful for being able to participate in. The service, the location, the property and the villa all exceeded our expectations. This is truly a hidden gem and a must stay when visiting the Terceira island. 」

「Terceira for the first time, having done Ponta Delgada last year. Book Hotel a great choice. Stylish, nicely planned space. Building works going on to extend the hotel created a little nuisance but not too bad if you're out all day. Staff excellent with special mention to Soynia on reception for going above and beyond. Breakfast good, but a little samey after 4 days. Room perfect. 」

A very, very nice gentleman named Sergio was waiting at the door for our arrival, and we were late! Sergio showed us around and we had a nice conversation about the history of the home and the area. We couldn’t ask for better hospitality. We plan to return every year.」
