タイピンの三つ星ホテル

「いずれの項目も最高ではないですが、価格を考えれば十分に納得できるレベルです。コスパは良好。部屋に冷蔵庫があれば、もっと良かったのですが･･･。」

「Nice hotel, very clean and good service,」

「The manager TIA is very helpful and give us a warm and at home hospitality 」

「Bilik family suite agak luas tapi tiadà kerusi & meja, terpaksa duduk di lantai. Katil & bantal sgt selesa tapi aircon x sejuk walau suhu paling rendah & kipas maksimum. Mgkin tidak diservis. Tiada lif & tangga agak tinggi. Speedmart di sebelah hotel.」

「No facility in room ie hair cap, hair dryer nor ot water, coffee, tea 」

「湖などの観光地へは遠いが、周囲は新しく開発されたショッピングセンターもあり、便利。ホテルは、最低限の設備だが、清潔でよかった。」

「convenient, there is a parking lot below the hotel and food court is just next to the hotel」

「The host did not know when we are checking in or checking out. We have been leaving messages in Expedia over an hour before and after 3 pm checkin asking for the access instructions to the house at the location of the facility. The kitchen was dirty with ants crawling around the floor. The living room A/C and "master bedroom" water heater don't work. We have to clean out the slimy defrosted water and tray that has been left there for days from the refrigerator before restarting the unit.」

「The front desk staff allow me to check-in on 3.45 pm while I already inform them that I will check in at 1 pm if it's possible. Need to wait for quite sometimes for them to prepare the room. Despite the staff allow me to check in quite late (almost 4pm), the staff keep on highlighting that we must check out at 12 pm. I quite disappointed with this. I found a bed bug during my stay there. Other amenities provided are good, iron is provided as per request. 」
