「清潔感は抜群。ホテルの位置もストーンタウンを散策するには最高の場所。 部屋によってシャワーのお湯の温度に当たり外れがある模様なので、お湯が緩かったらスタッフに話すると良いです。 ホテルの中も面白い作り。 忘れ物しても部屋まで届けてくれます。」

「何より特筆すべきは、従業員の方々全員、非常に感じがよく、とってもフレンドリーでした！ サービスも申し分なかったです。 建物の造りは古いものの、各お部屋の名前がコーヒーにちなんだ名前であったり、天蓋ベッドやさりげなく飾られている小物にセンスが感じられました。 朝食会場となっているルーフットップのカフェはストーンタウンの町が一望でき、たいへん素晴らしかったです！ 唯一の難点は、街の中に立地していることもあり、石畳の道路をスーツケースで移動するのは大変です。 ドライバーさんにお願いして運んでもらうようお願いすれば問題は解決できます。 All staff members were so friendly and great!!! 「ザンジバルのストーンタウンに行くときは、いつもこのホテルを使用しています。今回で３回目でした。 今回も快適にステイすることができました。スタッフは、とてもフレンドリーに接客してくれ、朝食会場のスタッフもてきぱきと接客してくれました。強いて不満を言えば、Wifiが安定しないところでしょうか。 またザンジバルに行くときは、利用したいです。」
