「The property was clean and had a sophisticated vibe. My 10 year old daughter walked in and the first thing she said was " wow this is a nice hotel!" We've stayed in a lot of hotels so she does have experiences to compare it to. The pool was too cold but once we took the plunge and got used to the temp we had fun! We had the pool to ourselves too! The hot tub was perfect temp and the jets were strong. We only encountered the front desk staff and a waitress and they were both friendly and...

「It was good for the most part. I booked online and make sure to look for the price of the deposit so I am prepared at check in. I got there and the price online was not what was asked of me when we checked in. I spoke to a manager and he was able to clarify for me and said he’d let the sales team to update their site to reflect their deposit fee. He was very nice and respectful. I appreciate the help we got. 」

「They are remodeling and the materials had an odor in common areas. In the room, no smell. The room was a studio and very comfortable and well appointed. The bed was very comfy. Furniture seemed to be new and in excellent condition. I am a single woman and felt safe. I thought the $5 parking fee was BS. The hotel is in a neighborhood, not downtown. It seemed to be a money grab. I have stayed here in the past when it was another company. The location is good. Quiet.」
