「Très grande chambre ouvrant sur terrasse avec balcon. Entrée et salle de bains bien équipées et spacieuses. Petit-déjeuner en formule "buffet à volonté". La réceptionniste communique avec le traducteur de son téléphone, dans une version parfois approximative !」

「O chalé fica num lugar muito bonito, pena que não vimos neve. O hotel ao qual os chalés ficam ligados, não fornecem café da manhã e refeições depende de ter ou não vaga para tal. Se for ficar aqui, leve tudo para se alimentar. O andar debaixo é piso frio, o que torna desconfortável, para ligar o aquecedor (salamandra) deve pagar para usar, o 1º uso é gratuito. Os quartos são razoáveis, mas a disposição que me deram para 5 pessoas foi um pouco ruim.」

「Bedding and towels and toilet roll not replaced, only one pillow each and never anyone on the desk, you had to call a number to contact anyone. Over all it was clean and very well priced. No kettle or iron or hairdryer and shower gel provided was empty, smallest shower I’ve ever seen but good water pressure. 」

「Hotel aconchegante na Serra da Estrela. Café da manhã bom. O restaurante do hotel poderia funcionar no domingo e na segunda também, pois ficamos sem opção no hotel, mas nos indicaram uma ótima alternativa de restaurante nos arredores. O quarto não é muito grande, mas estava limpo e confortável. Ótimo banheiro. Uma das toalhas de banho estava rasgada. Gostamos de termos estacionamento gratuito para carros.」

「We really enjoyed our stay. With 5 people the beds were enough and fairly comfortable. There was enough living space and a nice kitchen though we only stayed for the night. The place was clean. It was nice we could make a fire but had to use the air conditioning to keep the place warm. Only annoyance was the hot water we had to adjust as it was too cold for winter and took a while to warm up for the morning shower. Would go back just because of the breakfast choices!」

「Very helpful staff, Excellent area to explore. Nice touch having a fridge in the room, the best breakfast, of all the hotels, whilst staying in Portugal. Comfy bed, good size room. Would definitely stay again in the future.」
