「海岸まで歩いて3分で、スタッフの人達もとても良い人達で快適なホテルでした。 近くに日本人がやっている美味しい日本料理レストランと、海外には、海を眺めながら食べるイタリアンレストランがあります。」

「The staff are very helpful, professional, and polite. They provided me with local knowledge to get to the main Sabang Beach boardwalk. The hotel is conveniently away from the hustle and bustle of the main town. The grounds are very relaxing. The pool was clean. The rooms are well kept and very comfortable. The restaurant provided a great breakfast menu. For lunch I had a delicious fiddlehead salad locally known as Pako. I stayed 3 nights.」

「2部屋を予約していきましたが、2部屋しか予約していないと言われてしまい、慌ててカードの支払いを探して証明しました。」

「良かった点 施設全般が清潔でクリーン。 スタッフ達はキチっとしていて、あらゆる対応や態度についてもほぼ満足。 レストランが意外に安くておいしい。 悪かった点 大人4名での予約にもかかわらず、チェックイン時の室内はクイーンベッド1台のみだった。 その後大型ソファーの2ベッド仕様へのセッティングは良かったが、もう1名分のエキストラベッド設置は、床に直に布団セットを置いただけ、、。かつ意味不明な法外な追加料金を要求された。もちろん追加支払いは断った。 日々の清掃サービスの中で、アメニティが常に2セットのみだったり、小さいタオルが一切無かったりと、少々不可思議な対応。 バスタブにあるシャワーのコック等がどこにあるか最後まで全く分からず使えなかった。飾りか？？ 以上は残念だったが、まあ旅を台無しにするほどではなかった。快適さの方が不快な部分を十分上回っていました。」

「The staff was very accommodating. We were upgraded to the hotel from a casita. They wanted us to experience a hotel accommodation, Costa Pacifica, aside from the Casita.」

「It's very peaceful, well-kept, and the container-type rooms are very unique. The bedding and the shower was fantastic. Food in their restaurant is very delicious though there aren't many choices. I wish there was wifi in the area since the mobile data connection/signal is very low. The drive to the place is a bit scary and secluded, so i wish there was a bigger parking space so we wouldn't have to park outside along the road.」
