「The location is excellent, right near the center of the old town. The service was better than most of the five-star hotels I've stayed in, many people always offering to give assistance and advice. The bed was not very comfortable. It seems like they were too single Mattresses pushed together since they had kind of a hard part right in the middle. The heating was a little strange. 「The hotel is within short walking distance to town centre. Walking to appariton hill and cross mountian is pleasant specially when the weather is cooler. The ladies in reception are very helpful. The staff at the restaurant for breakfast are attentive making sure there is always warm food and you have all you need. Have stayed twice in this hotel and will definitely recommend it to friends and family. Looking forward to our next stay.」

「Alt i alt det var et fint opphold. Maten var litt monotont. Veldig serviceinnstilt personale. Stor pluss for smilende værelsesbetjenter og resepjonister. Minus er at hotell mangler heis og det er vanskelig for folk med minste helseprobleblemer. Man kan ikke kalle 2 etg. noe som i realiteten er 6 etg. Faraon tilsvarer en tre stjerners hotell. 」
