"It was ok i just wish that these hotel stop saying free breakfast or they be specific when they say breakfast alot of times customers patronize business due to what extas they come with. I personally did I thought I was gonna get real good food it was dry cereal, dry bagels, dry muffins and oh you got to make your own dry waffles no eggs no meats nothn with moisture for your throat everything made your mouth dry and to not have any liquid to wash it down. It was horrible to say the least smh......

"My absolute favorite location to stay. The employees here are absolutely amazing and I would highly recommended this place to anyone looking for a nice comfortable hotel with great staff. I’m actually thinking about applying for a position here just because I grew so close to this location and I can see myself working here and being apart of the team. Thanks sonesta westlake. Me and my children are grateful for the kindness and cleanliness and just overall great atmosphere you all have. Losing my house was devastating but having a short term home for my children here has been a blessing. "
