「Great property, amazing reception and restaurant staff. Reducing one star because of poor in room service and housekeeping. I have never experienced such a slow housekeeping service even in any non star hotel. Still giving 4 stars for other amenties and excpetionally good reception and restaurant staff.」

「Great and affordable property」

「Hotel charged for 3 persons but did not provide extra bed as beds were broken. One person had to sleep on thin mattress layered & no mosquito repellent given . We could not sleep at all. It took 1 hour to finish dinner. Few hotel guests walked out as they did not get even water for half an hour & their baby was crying for water . Reason was just one waiter serving 8 tables. I will never go here again.」

「It is very well positioned next to the Jaganmohan Palace with its interesting Art gallery and a gentle walk the Mysore Palace. Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was standard fare. However my room was not cleaned during my stay which, considering that the hotel was not busy, was unsatisfactory. However it was reasonable value.」
