「Good room. Good staff 」

「Great property, amazing reception and restaurant staff. Reducing one star because of poor in room service and housekeeping. I have never experienced such a slow housekeeping service even in any non star hotel. Still giving 4 stars for other amenties and excpetionally good reception and restaurant staff.」

「We had a lovely time! honeymoon flowers was wonderful! Staff were wonderful. Classic hotel, very well maintained.」

「There is no parking close to property if you are going by car. When asked they show their another property which is around 250m away. With luggage and kids it's not convenient if you are going by car.」

Breakfast is limited but filling for the day Please note: check if you have breakfast included in your itinerary. I luckily had it mentioned in our itinerary. 「Hotel charged for 3 persons but did not provide extra bed as beds were broken. One person had to sleep on thin mattress layered & no mosquito repellent given . We could not sleep at all. It took 1 hour to finish dinner. Few hotel guests walked out as they did not get even water for half an hour & their baby was crying for water . Reason was just one waiter serving 8 tables. I will never go here again.」

「Ac not working properly , while booking water pass is available but not provided from the hotel. No hot water, poor room boy after smoking coming to the room for checking the heater.」

「It is not worth the stay. Staff is courteous. Rs 500, govt safari ticket they charged us 2000+ with no addons( not even a bottle of water). We had to drive ourselves to to the safari pick up point and had to wait almost an hour to get a bus . We were under the impression that the safari is in exclusive vehicles since the charge was more than 4 times the govt charge. 20 mnts into the safari, we returned to pick up more tourist and there was not enough seats.
