「In need of decorating or a spruce up. There was mold on the walls and ceiling. Wouldn't take much to make it a really nice room to stay in.」

Very un-green: no double glazing anywhere I saw. Room cleaning skimpy - glass shelf over sink always left unwiped, tea provisions not topped up adequately, bath not wiped round. 「We had a lovely stay at this hotel. It was comfortable and warm, and the staff were happy and friendly. Breakfast was particularly well cooked with good quality ingredients. Very good value for money. 」

「We had a wonderful stay at the Castle Inn, the room was clean and spacious with everything you could need. Ying took spectacular care of us, from her very friendly welcome, chatting with us, to her delicious cooking. We had an evening meal plus breakfast and it was all fantastic, and in lovely surroundings - the bar and dining area is full of character. And of course, the Inn itself is surrounded by stunning countryside.」

「Really nice room with a glass roof, so perfect to look at the stars and had fun deciphering cloud shapes with my daughter. Only small grumble is there is not a mirror in the room to do hair and make up, only 1 in the bathroom which is not appropriate. Other than this, we had a nice stay」

「The Cowboy hut was very clean, cosy and looked like it was straight out of a western. The bed was very comfy and the wood burner made for a relaxing atmosphere. The big bath was lovely with a view of the hills from the tub. The site was quiet and very scenic with beautiful surroundings. We had a power cut due to storm Darragh which was sorted very quickly. The onsite shop was very useful with what we needed for the weekend. Would highly recommend for a relaxing, peaceful break. 」
