"I stayed at this hotel based on the reviews which I do not think are genuine. The contact number for the hotel on Expedia is wrong. It is for Tawali Resort which is owned by the same person. I tried messaging the hotel to give them my flight details for pick up. However when I landed no bus was there. No taxis either. "Did not respect reservation. I had to make last minute changes to find a new hotel during the most busy weekend in Goroka during the Goroka Show. The staff came up with horrible excuses saying that they had fired the person in charge of online reservations. From my plane, 7 other people were in the same situation. Staff utterly unhelpful."
