「Excellent séjour à Heraklion, tout est parfait et rien ne manque dans cet hotel, personnel très agréable, le seul bémol est le jus d'orange du petit-déjeuner, plus industriel nest pas possible, curieux et dommage sur l'île des agrume.」

「バスターミナルから徒歩１０分程度にあるホテル。ただ、バスターミナルからは高台にあるため、最後に階段がある。施設は新しいようで、快適に過ごせた。部屋は広くなく日本のビジネスホテル並であった。朝食は十分な質と量を備えていたし、朝食用のレストランは最上階にあって、眺めがよい。ホテルのすぐ近くにはあまり飲食店はないようであるが、大きな街ではないので１０分ほど歩けば、賑やかな場所がある。」

「Staff were very friendly and helpful - couldn’t have asked for more. The actual hotel is very clean and well kept. However, it is almost split in half in terms of renovation / comfort - both for the rooms and communal areas. Overall comfortable and nice, but could be better for the price point. The half board buffet was a little disappointing in terms of range / quality, but the restaurant staff were very kind. Would go back, but probably wouldn’t take the half board option next time. 」

「Over night stay before flight next day , good location for town centre,and easy connection to airport bus stop outside hotel.All staff helpful specifically the man on reception during evening made it feel like home would definitely return in future.」
