Check in was a bit of a pain as I had to wait for my friend to arrive in order to check in as you have to scan the passport of the number of occupants in the room and their home address. "This was my first visit to Japan. I can’t believe the cleanliness of the place. It was easy to walk to the shopping areas around the hotel. The hotel room was very spacious (bigger than I expected). The hardest part was finding the rooms on the floor. It was rather complicated. Not the usual hallway rooms on left or right. "

"Comfortable stay near shinkensai and a subway line so easy to get around the city. A lot of amenities (free drinks, happy hour) and even cultural events going on in the lobby that changes every day. I had an issue with my room and the staff was quick to find a solution. Overall a nice stay! "
