"So-so hotel. Rooms were subpar and mine had ants on the counter with the amenities. Bed was comfortable though. If sleep is the only thing you need in a hotel, this place is alright."

"The management and staff were friendly and helpful . There is a room for improvement with the cleanliness and maintenance of the facilities . 1. The pool looks muggy & dirty and not inviting to swim at all . You can hardly see the bottom of the pool . 2. The rooms were not properly cleaned even if we requested daily service . Upon check in we still found quiet a few disposable cutlery items from previous guests that is not supposed to be there . We requested for daily cleans in all 3 rooms...

"What a gem of a hotel hidden in the middle of Sanur. The location is perfect and the hotel is so beautiful as well as the amazing staff on site. "Lovely gardens, choice of three great pools. Very attentive staff when dealing with them super friendly and kind. Great breakfast with fantastic choice. Really nice and mellow, great place to relax. Definitely would come back. Please update razors supplied as they really are dreadful or dont bother. Luckily brought my own but tried them and truely the worst ive ever come across unless you like shaving with a blunt razor. Larger Tea/Coffee cups would be a good idea. Nitpicking. Otherwise cant...

"If u a backpacker it's ok to stay for the price. Saw few cockroaches and other bugs near the bed and bathroom. There is no fridge in the room but it ok I guess aircon works great and has nice swimming pool. The bed was comfortable in every way and nice and quiet area not much noise"
