「Room smelled terrible. We had to ask room spray multiple times during our stay. Bedsheet and pillow covers were dirty. They didn’t provide towel and bath mat and we had to ask them. Rooms were not clean during check in. The only positive was the staff were responsive. 」

「The staff was polite but we stayed for 3 days, no room service. No one came to do bedsheet or clean. The bathroom didn't have running hot water. The restaurant food was subpar. Didn't have Wi-Fi even though it was listed as an amenity. Had wall fan which was too loud. Never going again.」

「the hotel is located close to the airport and offers free drop and pick up. We were staying for a night before our flight so the hotel suited us. Cleanliness was just ok. The breakfast was decent. Staff was courteous even when we told them they need to improve. So looks like it will take some steps to improve. Otherwise our stay was ok. 」

「It's really good and kept neat. Nearby hotel is also excellent. Feel like staying again if opportunity arises. In the night the centralised operated ac needs to be in continuous service if it got switched off. 」

「As I was travelling with my wife, I've booked a room with Queen size bed. Upon arrival, the receptionist gave me a room with seperate beds... With me asking for a room change he agreed for joining the beds in exisiting room. I asked for changing the linen and pillow covers, to which the hotel boy claimed that there are no more linens at the hotel. Then I asked for a room change, to which they agreed and gave me a room which was dusty enough to give me an allergy trigger. I've stayed in this...
