「Genel anlamda rahat bir konaklama geçirdik. Hava soğuk olmasına karşın odalar yeteri derecede ısıtılabiliyor. Camlar da izolasyon çok iyi. Nell Gwynn konum olarak çok iyi bir noktada. Gerek yürüyerek birçok noktaya ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Metroya yakın. Etrafında yemek ve içecek yerleri açısından zengin. Binanın hemen klarşısında Starbucks ve Sainsburry (market) olması çok faydalı. Tek sorun yatak odasının zemininin halı olması. Halı yeterince temizlenmiyor. Onun dışında genel temizlik iyi. 」

「地下に新しく作られたお部屋を利用しましたが エレベーターもなければオフィスのスタッフ、レセプション含め 数段の階段の荷物の上げ下げすら依頼しても助けてくれなかった。 洗濯機が故障したため連絡したが、すぐに修理などの対応も してくれず、短期滞在のために洗濯機がある施設にしたのに 役に立たずとても迷惑した。 故障や修理などに時間がかかるのであれば 部屋の交換などの対応をすべき。 部屋への入り方が数種類あるため、 鍵も数種類あったが使い方も出入り口も説明してもらえず困った。 また止まった部屋が外部から簡単に入れるところにあるため 夜間など窓が開けれずにつらかった。 異常気象でしょうがないかもしれないが エアコンがない施設なので、対応をしてもらいたい。 ※部屋に扇風機があったが、窓が開けれないためあまり役に立たなかった。 立地や利便性も良いので気に入っているのだが 今後のためにももっと改善してもらいたい。」

「This property is falsely advertised. It is not new, sleek, or modern. The room is in a run-down building that does not feel safe. The flat is very far away from the lifts and there is not adequate signage about the way out of the building. The room was run down and shabby and looked nothing like the photos. There was black dust from the street accumulated in all the windows and the entire building smelled moldy. I left immediately and did not stay there and the hosts would not offer any refund.」

「Positives: Nice, well furnished flat in a convenient location Negatives: Day 1: No hot water, no light in the bathroom and landing, No heat because the batteries in the thermostat had run out. Bathroom sink was blocked. Day 2: By the night of day 2, after repeated e-mails and phone calls, got the batteries for the thermostat and bulbs for the light fixtures in the bathroom and the landing. The bathroom sink had been unblocked 3. By day 3, hot water was back 4. Day 4 was peaceful, with heating,...
