"A beautiful, clean and good value hotel with large, spacious rooms offering stunning views over Melilla. The breakfast, which was included in the price, was generous and the pool is a great asset. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, particularly with our broken Spanish. The rooms could do with a refresh, notably there's no ventilation in the bathrooms. "After booking I received an email stating that I needed to check I by 17:30 otherwise there was an extra 20€ charge. I specifically made sure I was booking a room with a microwave, but when checking in the receptionist said twin rooms don't have kitchen, I had to show her the description on hotels.com staying a kitchennete and she was able to give me a 1 bed apartment, as I needed somewhere to cook my food. There is not a freezer as described. The attachment to hold the shower head was broken...

"Walter's apartment is great. Very modern, well equipped and in an excellent building. Communication with Walter was timely and effective. The apartment was generally very clean, although we did have to wash some glassware, dishes and cutlery prior to use, and the floor could have used a better sweep.
