「部屋は、清潔なのですが、 冷蔵庫がないこと、シャンプーとボディソープが一体なっており、気になる方はシャンプー、リンスをお持ちください。歯ブラシ、スリッパはありません。」

「It has gated underground parking lots with guards. The room itself was ok and clean. Fairly small but manageable however the bathroom is relatively small, but warm water came out instantly. Although I had no breakfast and dinner booked, I could easily go and pay it after finished. Somehow they made a small mistake about the reservation of the room. So that someone else knocked at my door in the middle of the night what has cost my sleep. That was not ok.」

「洗面台の排水がつまっていたことから、フロントに修理を電話で数回にわたり依頼したが、数時間待っても、まったく対応がなかった。このためフロントデスクに直接依頼したところ、数分後にメンテンナンススタッフが修理に来た。スタッフによりサービスの対応が異なる。」
