Bus service is difficult walking next to busy road. Uber charges extra for George washington bridge crossing into NY. Fort Lee is clean, safe and has a big selection of mostly asian restaurants. "

"Ratings were relative to others at a similar price. This is an older property that likely was rebranded as la Quinta. It is in a dense area of NJ so not easy to walk nearby. The parking adjoins a gas station so easy to fuel up. It's clean, has typical breakfast options except no oatmeal, no significant road noises in the room, third floor not facing the major road. Two happy surprises: typical HVAC under the window was actually pretty quiet. And the indoor pool was relatively large. I'll come...
