「Great location, I'd give it a 10, if it wasn't for some small details: no internet in the rooms Breakfast was really bad The staff knew almost no english, Other then that - great place and location, Highly recommended.」

「プールを中心に２階建ての建物が周りを囲むように建っている、部屋数の少ない割とこじんまりとした感じのホテル。部屋は十分な広さがあり、バスタブも備わっていて清潔で、とても快適に滞在することができた。ビーチまで徒歩数分で行くことができて便利だった。カラングートビーチの中心（バスの終点）からはタクシーを使う距離があるが、バスが走りレストランも立ち並ぶメインロードまでは徒歩１０分ぐらいで行ける。」

「The hotel reception misled us into thinking that we could use the jacuzzi and pool side of SinQ Privee, which is why we booked the resort in the first place. When we reached Privee, we were asked to pay 2500 Rs. Per person AFTER we hung around the pool for an hour. When we called the hotel about this, they were rude to us and said that you should've booked a 5 star property for 5 star services and you're straight up lying. 「We had paid in full (superior room with balcony king size bed with breakfast) prior to arriving at Lillywoods Zac Resort as it was a last minute booking. The hotel only has beach access which is difficult with suitcases. We arrived early around 11:30am and had to sign a contract to pay for damages at check in. This was a comprehensive list of how much every item would be billed for including damage to fridge (£100) and bedding etc. We were then told that the room wasn’t ready but they would try...
