「The grounds are beautiful. The rooms are average. Ac in the rooms, a living room area that has ac and a TV. The bedroom was nice, nothing fancy. The bathroom, needs some improvement, but it is still a nice hotel. 」

「The breakfast staff was OK--not overly friendly, but efficient. Most of the front desk staff was nice. Wow, the girl who did my check in and check out was unfriendly at all times. She acted like I was a nuisance for showing up to check in/check out during her shift. She never said hello when I said hello first, so I just stopped talking to her after a while. You did not event tell me you had no business with the hotel. The hotel spoke negatively about your tactics with them: they told that you sent people there but you never honored the payments. Please, reimburse my full payment as you know you have not paid your invoices with them for years.」
