「It was a great experience. The staff was very professional, and the room was spacious with an amazing view. The kitchen being open until 4 a.m. was a huge plus. I absolutely loved it! :) 」

「The hotel was fine and well equipped but cold. The restaurant was cold too so we only ate there once. Once we asked we were given a fan heater and the staff were helpful and friendly.Overall the location of the hotel isn’t great, it’s between a very busy main road and the railway sidings so there was a constant noise of trains moving and hooting all night. The room and bed were very comfortable and the breakfast was very good. Nothing really wrong except the location 」

「Very comfortable stay. Breakfast options were very good. Staff in general was helpful however the Front Office staff at the reception needs to be more customer friendly and welcoming. Hotel was neat and tidy. 」

「overall it was just an OK stay. Can’t say that it was bad because you get what you pay for. But there’s definitely much better options around for the same price. Also i think properties should share more photos of the surrounding area and be more detailed about the facilities and amenities. 」

「Sorry to say, I booked in Nirvana by urban galaxy but I was placed in Krishna hotel which I was told was same, I found out this strange but I didn’t argue much otherwise staff were nice and helpful 」
