"Stayed here the last day of my 11 day trip, and it was one of my favorite stays so far. The place operates as a public bath first and foremost, but they have overnight cabins that resemble capsule hotels that guests can stay in (which is what I stayed in). The vibes were incredible, and so were the baths. I took one before I went to bed and got up early before I headed to the airport just to take one again. They also have great restaurants within the building as well. Staff was very friendly...

Each of us had a cube with amenities like a tote bag with towels and pajamas, a tv with headset, a little safe, and a locker under the bed big enough for a large suitcase with slippers provided. "Staffs are friendly and responsive. Room is clean with both heat/cool AC, water. Couple of cons for me are: small shower stall. Did not have much room to hang tower or clothes without getting them wet. Another con is the noise due to the surrounding bars and karaoke bars. everyday party up to 5:00 AM! If that is your desire, then go for it. Overall, I like it due to its location near Shinjuku station and cleanliness. "

Minami Koshigaya. Japan Wow….. My first Awa Odori festival and I’m blow away with how much fun I had shooting last night! You almost need to have your head on a swivel to be able to catch everything. Thousands of dancers and musicians take over a whole suburb with their amazing energy and routines for the weekend.
