"道後温泉駅から近く、ホテルの窓から道後温泉本館や別館、松山城が見えた。 建物の内外はとても綺麗で、サービスもよく、道後温泉からの引き湯の大浴場が完備され、室内も綺麗で最新のトイレや寝心地のいいベッドなど、値段に見合った宿でした。 値段がもう少しリーズナブルで、かつ道後温泉回りにもっと観光スポット等あれば、もう１泊してのんびりするのもよいかと思いました。 道後温泉本館のお風呂だけを利用する予定の方は、もっと安くてリーズナブルな宿がありますが、そうでない方で財布に余裕がある方にはこの宿をお勧めします。"

"Close to Matsuyama station and 10 minutes walk to the restaurant areas. A bit old but the internals have been renewed somewhat and it felt clean enough for us. Free breakfast and large public bath (as well as private bathroom) is also an added bonus. "

"カワウソのぬいぐるみの忘れ物をしたと思うが、チェックアウト後だったため部屋に戻れず 問い合わせ先にもつながらず、諦めて退室しました 全く人がいないのはやはりダメではないかと 入口の机が忘れ物置き場のようでしたが、スマートウォッチが入ってました。過去の利用者の忘れ物とは思うが、利用者に一報連絡する、もしくはせめてもの警察に届ける等すべき"
