「My son and I stayed here, while visiting Berastagi. Location was perfect, as we were planning to climb the volcano, which was very close by. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The building and decor was serene and very aesthetically pleasing. The place was clean. The views of the mountains and volcano from the rooftop were marvellous. And the geothermal pool was an added bonus. I'd thoroughly recommend!」

「Nice hotel, but without seeing other rooms, I am sure the single room downstairs that I was in is the worst in the hotel. Too small and too close to reception area, so impossible to sleep in. Breakfast area in a lovely setting, plenty of nice cafes and restaurants around.」

「The view is beautiful as this hotel sits atop a mountain. The windows in the dining area allow you to see across the whole city. The staff were especially friendly and helpful, always greeted me by name and were ready to serve. 」
