"Basic hotel with a small (overpriced) spa in the basement. Was very clean and decent sized rooms for a couple, although the air conditioning didn’t work and the room was freezing cold as you could feel a cold breeze at feet level in the room despite the window being shut."

"Good breakfast. The receptionist was a wonderful, hard working person. Property entrance could benefit from newer flags or some other identification above door. Lobby and stair rails could use fresh paint because first impression was a little off. The room was very clean and freshly painted, but at first was concerned. Freshening up the entry would put a truer face on what the property is. Easy walk to old town square and Prague community building is just one block away."

"Good for the price and would stay again, it was decent overall and made for a comfortable stay. That said this place was a little bit rough around the edges- the cookware in the kitchenette was comically shoddy past the very basics. I mean the big knife was literally bent at the end and the skillet was rusted through. They also have a pretty loose definition of housekeeping and the bathroom had a little bit of a smell. "This was our second stay, and it was excellent each time. The private suite, while three flights up, was everything we needed, and we were comfortable with all the necessary amenities. The staff was so very helpful and kind. I will be staying there for any return visits!"

"Location was amazing. Just down alleyway to main square where the Astronomical Clock is. Great breakfast--usual European style with meats, cheeses, yogurt/mix ins. Scrambled eggs, bacon always available. Great breads and pastries. Room comfortable, clean, and spartan. Only issues were safe didn't work, and hand-held shower was in a tub with no enclosure where you had to kneel/sit or maybe you could stand and be very careful not to spray everywhere. "Czech Inn was lovely. Friendly staff, lovely self contained apartment style accommodation. The kitchenette helped us keep costs down, there was plenty of space. The beds were very hard but we were so tired you didn’t really notice. The shower leaked but a house keeping style service cleared up what we couldn’t each day. We also got our towels replaced during our stay, which was brilliant. A lot of the dishes and utensils were dirty, which I’m not blaming on the Czech Inn. That was clearly a...

"Very barebones but priced appropriately as a result. Like a 5-10 min walk from nearest tram stop but it is quite uphill so it does get tiring even for two quite athletic people. Once at tram stop it’s 10 mins to city centre so it’s a very good price for a well located hotel. Not much in local area around it but the hotel is clean and safe and the lady at reception was fantastic."

"For the most part, it was a good place to stay for a few nights. The beds are first-come first-served, and not assigned, which makes it difficult to accommodate disabilities. There are no privacy curtains for the beds. The room smelled really gross when I entered, but it was gone by the second day, so most likely another guest's laundry or something. "Probably the best hostel I have ever stayed in! Family like environment, with home cooked meals and plenty of activities. Staff were amazing throughout and were always willing to talk! I really couldn’t have booked somewhere better! "

"The place is interesting and unique. The rooms all have lofts which are well built and sturdy, to make excellent use of the space. Our apartment had a small kitchen space, refrigerator and attached bath. The owner, Vladimir is very friendly and accommodating. Apparently his wife is an opera singer, but we didn't have the pleasure of meeting her. I would definitely stay here again the next time I come to Prague. "
