「夜行列車でソフィアに到着して宿まで歩きました。距離はかなりありましたが、ホテルスタッフのPLAMENさんが大きな地図を示してメトロの赤ラインと青ラインで来ると簡単に駅やバスターミナルに行けることを教えてくれました。 駅からホテルまではとても近く１５０メートルくらい。くたくたに疲れてたどり着いた私に静かな部屋を与えてくれました。 ブルガリア語は読むことが難しく、苦労しましたがPLAMENさんが優しく親切で心が和みました。 室内はコンパクトに必要なものはパズルのように揃えられていました。 お隣にミニスーパーがありましたが、閉店はとても早かったです。近くに食堂やお店は少ないです。」

「Location was good. Close to central. Only 10 minutes walk from train and bus station. We spent two nights there and had no toilet or bathroom lights. My wife asked them to fix it on the first day but it was not fixed while we were there...so it was uncomfortable showering or going to the toilet by torch light. This was the only disappoiting part.」

「Espectacular hotel en un pueblo muy bonito. Lo mejor de nuestro viaje de 8 dias por Bulgaria, sencillamente fabuloso el hotel y el servicio. El restaurante es muy bueno, increible para un pueblo tan pequeño, el cocinero que tienen merece una visita. Fuimos para un dia y nos quedamos tres, el pueblo hay que verlo, se pueden hacer rutas por la monaña y el hotel tiene un spa que esta muy bien. El personal muy atento y servicial.」

The Expedia listing is confusing because it clearly states: "Extra conveniences in all rooms include: Rainfall showers and hair dryers". Yet my room did not include a shower or a toilet and was right across the hall from the single shared toilet.
