「Sugar Ohana is a simply hotel, very clean and has a very good location, close to Kata Street Market(3-5 minutes walking) and a 10 minutes walking from Kata Beach. I do recommend this hotel for a short trip to Phuket Island!」

「Everything was as expected but starting to do construction a floor above at 9am was a bit uncalled for. At least wait u til 11am and check out time to make it fair, i wasnt checking out but was hoping for a sleep in. Otherwise a bit of outdated bathroom fixtures that were leaking but for the price it wasnt bad all in all」

「I checked in right around 130 am on new years. And I get that it’s a holiday but there was no staff to check me and 2 other girls in. We slept on a chair until morning until staff showed up. The key that I received did not work with the door of our shared room. Some safety concerns there. Although, the location is pretty good. 」

「We stayed 5 nights and would not recommend this hotel for multiple reasons. The pros: the pool is quite nice and clean, even though there is only 5 chairs and 2 umbrellas available. The bed was clean. The location in Kata / Karon is good, close to two beaches, the Kata night market and multiple shops and restaurants. The cons: First, you need to know that this area is also known as « Little Russia ». So if you are Russian, speak / read Russian and love Russian music, this is the place to...

「The worst experience of my entire life. They cancelled my booking last minute. I have left without any place to stay on busiest season of Phuket. Now my money stuck and I am renting expensive villa without any choice. Don’t ever book here.」
