"I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The service was exceptional. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was also perfect, making it easy to explore the area. The overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. I truly appreciate the outstanding hospitality and will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!"

"The onsen is excellent, the staff were friendly and very attentive especially the guy. My only concern was that the distance stated 1 minute walk from the station, no it is not, you have to take taxi or bus to the center"

"Surpirse tourist tax on arrival. They assumed because we were of western orgin that we would only want breads for breakfast. They offered thr rest of their guests a Japanese breakfast (which we would have loved). The website didnt state they had cats. I am very allergic so it made for an uncomfortable stay. "

"アプリでのチェックアウト時間を確認して申し込みしましたが、1時間早められました ベッドマットに汚れがあったと、チェックアウトの翌日に連絡がありクリーニング費用を請求されました 宿泊者は各自確認はしているのですが、チェックアウト後の清掃後速やかにご連絡を頂きたいと思います その他は、特段の問題はありませんでしたが・・・"

"ビジネスホテル代わり、のつもりで利用しましたが、 風呂・トイレが別だったり、台所があったり、と 1人の宿泊にはもったいないくらいのお部屋でした。 大学の向かい、という場所なので、下宿兼用なのかもしれませんが、隣の部屋がうるさい、ということもなく、 快適でした。 食堂・コインランドリーも併設されているので、1週間・1ヶ月くらいの連泊にはもってこいだと思います。また機会があったら利用したいと思います。"
