"The listing said it came with a washer and dryer. The apartment had hookups for them, but they did not exists. Also, there was a coffee maker , but no coffee or filters. There was no salt or pepper or oil for cooking. These basics are the point of having a kitchen versus just a typical hotel room. There was soap and conditioner, but no shampoo. They provided towels and some chairs for the beach. Also, the outside deck had some damage to it from heavy winds, but maintenance took care of it with...

"We had a great stay here! The condo was very clean and I loved the huge balcony and we could see the ocean. The kitchen was well equipped, however, there was not any pantry items like salt and pepper or olive oil. Not surprising but just something to be aware of. It was very quiet and we were able to spread out. Staying for the music festival and it could not have been more convenient to walk there and walk to other places. "

"This was our 8th stay here. It is an older place but it's perfect for us, not over crowded like the high rise buildings. Ernest at the front desk is great. "
