「Staff not friendly and rude」

「出張で何度かレガスピに来ていますが、今回初めてカサブランカスイーツに宿泊しました。 ホテルスタッフはとても親切でした。 シャワーはお湯が出るか出ないか賭けみたいな感じですが、ここは幸いにしてお湯が出ました。嬉しかったです。 空港へはシャトルバスがあります。事前に出発時刻をフロントに伝えておけば用意してくれます。」

「Do not stay here!!! Cockroaches and bed stains!! The bathroom stinks and the AC is leaking into the bed. I had to find another hotel in the middle of the night」

「Smooth and very comfortable」

「We had the :penthouse suite 2 bedroom. The bedrooms have good A/C, the rest of the suite does not have A/C. It is very spavious with a full kitchen, dining area, living room, and a large patio. The kitchen had everything we needed except silverware, which we could not locate - hard to eat without that. The hotel is located over a 7-11 convenience store. The hotel is 15 min ftom the airport & transportation to the airport was provided - wonderful! There are no restaurants in walking distance....

「This inn offers great value for the price. The room is basic but clean, and there is a pantry nearby where you can get water and drink coffee anytime. The location is good, and the staff is friendly and helpful. We would recommend this inn to anyone on a budget. Til next! 😊」
