"The staff was extremely attentive - hauling our luggage from the entrance to the check in counter to the room (with no tipping of course!) - always greeted us, and there was no staff shortage. The room was very clean, the bed comfortable, and had a mini fridge. The ocean view was fun and memorable. The breakfast buffet also excellent. The hotel has direct access to the subway station and a 24-hour convenience store just one escalator away. A great experience overall!"

"Day crew is absolutely amazing and professional, a English speaking team member is on board to assist. Day team went above and beyond the call of duty. Night shift, had very little comprehension of English and when spoken to in my basic Japanese skills, they were clueless to my needs. Even my travel agency experienced language barriers with the night shift when attempting to address my day late arrival due to airline cancellations in order to keep reservations. Great location to...
