"I find the Parc 55 hotel to be a great place to stay while in San Francisco. It is really close to the Powell Station for BART. The hotel is clean and the staff are wonderful. In the negative department, the city needs to work on cleaning up the area as there is more mentally disturbed people in the area than the last time I visited. But, I don't consider it a safety concern, but more of a nuisance deprives you of comfort outside of the facility."

"Excellent customer service! We had a little issue with an arranged late check out. The front desk immediately took care of that issue by refunding the late checkout fee. I liked how they were already on top of it by the time I went to go check out to talk to them about the issue that we had. I will definitely stay here again based on how they handled the situation. The staff is proactive and very friendly. They seem like they truly care of you return to the property again to stay. "

"The property was clean and the staf was incredibly helpful. I would definitely stay there again. I would not recommend planning to walk to destinations from this location however. The areas on the way to the property were concerning. Many streets with tent encampments within blocks of the hotel."
