They messed up our deposit and check in and charged us over 600$! Thankfully we had money to spare and they were able to fix it and we didn’t mind much but I can see how it would be troublesome to some people. Also parking is hard but that’s more on me since it was my first time in San Fran. Area is a lil rough especially at night.

This my 2nd stay at this hotel. The 1st was in Dec 2023 fie a work trip & i absolutely loved the hotel. So i planned this summer trip to bring the hubby & he felt the same way. His favorite was the buffet breakfast! We will stay here for any future trips to San Fran. Maybe we bring the fam next time!

Mar 21, 2019It was nice i just didnt like my room 418 kinda creepy. But overall is a bery clean hotel with free good breakfasy nice restaurant nice people and stffs are very attentive and helpful.
