"The BnB is good, just be aware Memphis is in decay/decline. Not a single street or road has been maintained in the last 20 years.Downtown has all the new construction as far as hotels and arenas, but midtown is the orphan as far as care. Not fond of the city but my daughter and 2 yr old g daughter lives there so you are the “soft part” of the trip were I can relax
