"Amazing experience. Hot spring bath was wonderful and the service staff were well trained. The drink service after bath was amazing service. The place looked classic but so clean."

"Great staff. Even though there was a language barrier, the host did not hesitate to get me settled in, teach me how to put on a yukata and give me sightseeing tips. Bathroom is not air conditioned and can get a bit stuffy. Breakfast is good, not mindblowing but given the overall price, I cannot complain. I would definitely stay here again."
