「We had an excellent visit to the city for both a concert as well as giants game. Great location and easy to get to off a main freeway. Would stay here again for sure.」

「The place was nice and clean. I was expecting my security deposit back and I did not receive it cause I was charged for some towels and bed sheet that was stained $225 dollars not fair! Even tho we fixed the broken handle on the stove and our door went bad since the fridge didn't keep our food cold enough. I did not want to complain cause I really they wasn't gonna play me with my deposit but that was very unfair all of that comes off in the wash I'm sure 」

「We were there for a tour of USF, which is a 5 minute walk to campus. The space was great for three of us, though we didn’t spend much time there. The location was great for both the university and the rest of the city. If my daughter picks the school, we’ll be back」

「The place was updated, clean and tidy. The rooms are as portrayed in the listing and it’s a nice neighborhood. We didn’t have any challenge with parking but be aware of the time limitations. Noise in the front bedroom was the biggest issue for us. Between street and neighborhood night noise, the room is difficult to sleep in. The back bedroom is quiet and the pull out bed in the couch is also available and quiet. I think the place could be improved by a soundproof curtain in that front alcove....

「House was perfect. Location great just as advertised. Plenty of room for four adults. Came to watch two baseball games. Although we did not use kitchen it was rather nicely equipped. Neighborhood was good and car safe in gated garage. Also great communication with owner. Thanks Steve」

「Der Aufenthalt war super. Die Unterkunft liegt so zentral in San Francisco, dass alle Attraktionen zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Abends konnte man sich dann noch nett mit den Nachbarn auf der Dachterrasse unterhalten. Der Blick auf San Francisco und Alcatraz waren atemberaubend. Wenn man kann sollte man ohne Auto in dem Bereich unterwegs sein. Die Parkplatzsuche und die anfallenden Kosten sind enorm. Die Unterkunft von Ralph ist absolut empfehlenswert und ich werde sie zukünftig auch wieder buchen...

「The house is comfortable with great views of the ocean. Fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Very clean. The only was the beds are a bit hard for our liking and the parking garage is a very tight fit if you are a mid-size or larger vehicle. You may have to park on the street, which is not a big deal. Overall a nice place to stay. Will stay there again.」

「Our stay was perfect. The studio had everything we needed and more. It was the perfect base for our adventures as first timers to San Francisco. The location was convenient, safe and quiet. Parking was easy. Stuart and family were wonderful hosts. We actually added a night to our original stay. We would definitely stay here again.」

「Die Wohnung war bei unserem Eintreffen sauber und aufgeräumt. Sie reicht zum Übernachten auch weitestgehend aus. Ein paar Kritikpunkte habe ich doch. Die Ausstattung ist sehr dürftig. Es fehlt an Besteck ( keine 2 komplette Sätze vorhanden) auch wären ein paar Gläser ganz nützlich. Ein zweiter Bettbezug und Decke ( falls man getrennt in Bett und auf der Couch schlafen möchte) sollte auch vorhanden sein. Gelegentlich nervt die Heizung, die schon mal nachts relativ laut anspringt. Aber wie gesagt,...

「First let me say, we had a great time at this property. This is a small house in the city. Great location. We could walk to restaurants and play pickleball at the playground next store. It had three good size bedrooms, with super comfy beds. Only one real bathroom and shower, as the second bathroom was tiny and only had a toilet. But we managed to make it work, once we figured out how to get the hot water. I finally broke down on the second day and messaged the host, and he responded very...
