The interior of the property is newly updated - especially the kitchen and bathrooms. The desks and wifi make this a great place for working remotely. Rainee, the owner, does an excellent job of communicating and is very responsive to our needs.」

Had to call VRBO to get ahold of the host as I was boarding the plane. Finally got in contact with the host, he sent me codes, thought all was fine. Arrived at the apartment around midnight in California to find that the code I was provided would not unlock the door. Called host multiple times over a 30-45 minute period and...

「We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Santa Clara. It was very comfortable and suited our needs perfectly. The kitchen was well stocked with coffee and tea, the beds were comfortable, and the laundry came in handy. The welcome package(s) were a nice touch too and a great surprise! The neighborhood is nice, but it was also nice that access to the building is secure. The owners kept us well informed via email with necessary instructions. 「The property was perfect for our stay. We had 6 people and we all fit comfortably at the home. We were in town to go to our daughter's graduation at SJSU and it was only a 15 min drive. We were able to relax at the house between ceremonies. Nadia responded quickly for the few questions that we had about the house and even let us check in a little early so we could drop off our luggage before heading over to SJSU. It was a great stay.
