The location is North of Downtown about 10 to 15 minute walk depending on your pace. Plenty of shops and restraunts to occupy your time along the way.

I have stayed at this place over the last 10 years or more. The rates have been reasonable and the facility good for a one to two nignts stay. I rented two rooms for my recent stay. Although the facility is clean overall, it seems to be a little run down. A touch up on the hotel property is needed. The hot water for my shower took awhile before it go hot. The air conditioner works real well but had problems adjusting it. We had to call someone to oir room to reset it because it was so cold. The stay were professional and check in process was easy.
