"It was more of an excuse to go wine tasting. Cameron and Jen have a nice place there. The property was pretty well described. Our 5-year-old nephew got to go collect eggs each day for breakfast. "The home was just as advertised. We had everything we needed for our brief stay in Palisade. Comfortable and well-equipped. The chickens in the back were funny and the eggs were great! Highly recommend."

Our stay was in early November. The town was quiet and peaceful. We had a nice lunch at Cafe 11.0 Several wineries are open year round and we enjoyed visiting them.

Palisade is a small town — cute & quaint, but don’t expect anything too fancy! The surrounding area was pretty barren & desert-like — not exactly what I was expecting. Enjoyed visiting the small alpaca farm & the Sunday farmer’s market.
