View from our room was nice, PJs were comfortable and supplied but the hotel spa was not included in room rate and was extra, which was disappointing. The actual public bath is still quite good. Facilities were solid but no option for breakfast in nearby area, dinner okay. Rooms are a bit dated and a little small otherwise okay. It's connected to station so walking through to hotel was easy and close which was good.

We arrived 30 mins before check-in time after a LONG day of traveling. The hotel staff charged us extra for checking in 30 mins early, even though the room was ready. The same experience at check-out, we asked to check out an hour late due to a later flight & had to pay an additional fee. This was unexpected after paying a premium to stay at this hotel.

For a single room it was fairly roomy. The Breakfast was excellent with a large variety of eastern and western dishes. It is also walkable to Osaka castle.
