No one ever answered a call to request more towels. We were given wrong information about the breakfast hours. There were over 30 people in the pool drinking, loud music and screaming well past the closing time. This disrupted the view of the SF and sunset which was the main reason for reserving a waterfront. I have much more I could complain about but I don’t think they will make any difference

The pool and spa don’t get enough attention. Should always brush the pool and spa keep clean of algae build up and the jets on the spa never are working.

Our check in was fast and easy. We up graded once we arrived and the view was beautiful. We would definitely stay there again. Rooms were very clean and staff very nice. Free breakfast was awesome.

Don’t judge a book by its cover , I was questioning the hotel at first because of the surrounding buildings but the inside is so nice & clean. I’m an Oakland native and always wondered what the inside of this hotel looks like since it’s basically on the water and I can say I am not disappointed and definitely will be back.
