"The property was nice, when booking didn't realize it was literally in a back alley but it was easy enough to get to from the 1 line metro station, we had an issue with the A/C on the first night and had to ask the desk manager to come check it out 3 times before it eventually was resolved, we also found a clump of hair in our bed sheets when we first got into our room and they were obviously not ours, overall the venue was decent, you could hear the upstairs neighbors whenever something moved...
