The bartender pressured us to take our order for food at the bar and the female greeter was very unhappy about this and turned very rude and dismissive towards us and told us we could not sit in the restaurant. "This hotel was clean and service was excellent. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. They gave us recommendations on restaurants and so forth. Our room was simple, clean, and comfy. We had a view from the back where there is a little garden patio area with a fire pit. Also from the patio is a gate and on the other side a mall and entertainment complex. We were able to enjoy Cali's gorgeous weather and take a short walk to dinner. Its not fancy but it was a very pleasant stay."

Transmission gave out on my truck. I got my family home, but I stayed back to figure things out. Staff let me extend my stay 3 more days and allowed me transfer my things to a smaller room without...
