At first, my kids were disappointed when they saw all the scaffolding outside. Their reaction was, "Is this our hotel? It looks crappy!" But their mood changed as soon as we walked out of the elevator towards our room. My daughter was saying how it smelled good, and the carpet and the walls didn't look nasty. Despite the renovations ongoing, the hotel was clean and well-maintained. The only part of our stay that we were not excited about was the chairs in the dining area. The seats were all flaky and peeling. Other than that, everything else was good. The drive to the Universal Studios was not bad. Will stay here again.

The place is good, the reception very nice but the room was 78• F The A/C didn’t work properly I’ve been in others BW plus hotels and this one is far from the good amenities they have, even from the regular ones. The good thing is the Parking is include

Although the property is under construction, the hotel is pretty nice and calm. Stayed for one night and I enjoyed the room. I also liked the free Breakfast in the morning.
