"I liked the location of the property. It’s not in a busy area, so it felt more secluded and was easy to get in, out, and around in. Just up the street within walking distance was a small shopping center. And the restaurant by the pool overlooks the golf course and ocean. They had live music every night we stopped by. "

"This property exceeded our expectations. It had everything you need in a good condo: a modern kitchen with reasonably new appliances, granite countertop, good A/C, washer/dryer, lots of utensils. They even gave us a rice cooker. There was a water leak the day we checked in, and hence, they gave us a different unit. They could have done a better job of communicating that issue. But they did handle the issue promptly when we reached out. Definitely a great location - next to beach, close to main shopping/dining places."

"My husband and I just completed a 5-night stay here and had a wonderful experience. Check in was a breeze, very friendly helpful staff, and our accommodations were simply wonderful. Proximity to town is ideal — not too far, nor too close. We stayed in a 1 bed 1 bath condo with a full kitchen. We really enjoyed being able to buy local Peaberry coffee and shop at the local grocery to brew fresh ground coffee and make breakfast every morning while looking out at the ocean and listening to the birds. There was minimal light pollution from Kailua Kona so stargazing was amazing. Also, no noise from the road. Talk about peaceful! If we ever come back to the big island, we will be staying here again."
