"My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights. This is such a cute and cozy place! Just like the pictures. In a beautiful neighborhood that is close to everything. We always felt safe, even walking around at night. So many restaurants within walking distance and very easy access to NYC. AJ was definitely awesome to work with. We would highly recommend this place. We will absolutely book again when we go back this year!"

The bus comes frequently and is very easy to use once you know you are looking for #51, which is not a city bus but apparently a private company. "Offering a fantastic view of the New York skyline from New Jersey, the easy bus links allowed us to see the city, augmented with the occasional Lyft and Uber. The communication with the host was great, and he was very flexible with arrangements. "The condo is fabulous. The owners renovation was superb. The guest bathroom tile could use a bit of touch up to avoid leaks at the tub and mildew. A major issue: the hot water heater is set at a scalding hot temperature. I would strongly advise setting it to a lower temperature."

"Cute apartment in the journal square area. Close to path about a 5 min walk. Took the path to get into Hoboken and downtown jersey city. Parking definitely a challenge-we parked our car in the Journal square parking garage $60 for 2 nights. That was about a 5 min walk as well. The apartment is a great little place. "The property was very clean and well maintained. It met all our expectations. Was great for our family (two adults, two teens). The neighbourhood looks a little gritty initially but a little exploration reveals its quite safe and a very strong Latino presence. Lots of interesting restaurants, particularly on Bergline Avenue. Groceries, banks, drug stores etc all there as well. Spectacular views of Manhatten if you go around the corner and down 60th or 61st streets towards the Hudson River....

"This is a very nice property that's nicely appointed with modern amenities. It's open and airy with a large window in the living area which is nice for natural lighting. The television has surround sound which presented a slight issue for me, but I contacted the owner and he immediately responded to resolve my issue. "We stayed over Christmas and it was a great location. Only one block off the Main Street but no excessive noise issues. Nice radiator heat so the apartment was toasty. Easy access as there is an elevator and a washer and dryer in the basement. Very spacious for a one bedroom. AJ was very responsive to our messages. Will book again when back in Hoboken."
