Great location and friendly staff. Very basic rooms, cracks in the walls and floors and ceilings in the bathroom and cracked balcony. Light and TV weren’t working. Sheer curtains let in light all night long. Dirty and dusty AC vents - my daughter woke up sneezing. Only one small bin in the bathroom so nowhere to throw kitchen trash.

PARKING is horrible it’s very small and people keep blocking u so u have to leave ur car keys at the front desk for them to keep moving ur car if needed. Parking is $45 per day and u don’t get a parking space!!! They block you!!! House keeping did not vacume the carpet, I stayed for 4 nights and not once did they do it!! The carpet was dirty!!! I asked if they had a microwave because my room didn’t have one and when I came back from being out the microwave was at the door. They didn’t even bother to put it in the kitchen counter it was on the floor! AND IT WAS DIRTY! I’m from LA and even the hotels at the corners are better than this place! All furniture is old and falling apart. Only good thing is the area it’s in other than that never again!

Over all, the stay was pleasant. There had been some staff members who just seemed "over it", but the younger staff had the welcoming attitude. The room over all was decent, the shower I had was not as up to date and couldve done with some maintenance. There was a young girl who serviced our room who was absolutely sweet and easy to converse with, in regards to needs ie. Towels. The only real complaint had was the loung downstairs, the extremely powerful fragrance was overwhelming and lingered in the lobby and wohld cling to clothes so bad. I felt like i had bathed in the scent. It would cause serious headaches.
