"There was a bed bug on the bed. We checked out late but staff was already informed but then the maid came in to the room no knock just opened the door while we still in there. Did not even say sorry or anything. I don’t recommend staying here. Considering we paid double the price of normal price. Worst apa i have ever stayed at."

"I love how central it is to everything. 711 and Izakaya downstairs. Cheap super market right across the street on both sides. Close to Ebina Station, Lala Port shopping, OIOI department store, and many restaurants all around. Good service and very clean.
